Isabella M. Jacobsen is a member of the firm’s Labor and Employment practice group. She advises and represents employers in navigating complex workplace matters, including employment disputes and litigation in both federal and state courts.
Isabella earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Nebraska College of Law in 2025. During law school, she served on the Nebraska Law Review and was a member of the National Moot Court Team. She received CALI Excellence for the Future Awards in Pretrial Litigation and Legal Professions and was inducted into the University of Nebraska Chapter of the Order of the Barristers. Prior to attending law school, Isabella earned a Bachelor of Science in Animal Science, with a minor in the Engler Agribusiness Entrepreneurship Program, from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln. She also founded and operated her own bakery, gaining firsthand experience in business operations and navigating regulatory challenges.
Isabella is actively involved in the firm’s Emerging Businesses group and the Omaha startup community.
