Katelin L. O’Connor focuses her practice on estate planning, as well as tax law and general corporate matters. She assists clients with the design and implementation of comprehensive estate and wealth transfer plans, related tax planning matters, entity formations and business succession, and estate and trust administrations.
Katelin graduated from the University of Nebraska College of Law in 2023, with high distinction. While in school, Katelin completed programs of concentrated study in Wealth Management and Business & Tax Planning. She was a member of the Nebraska Law Review and authored an article published in Nebraska Law Review Volume 101, Issue 2. Katelin was the recipient of numerous awards, including the 2022-2023 Entrepreneurship Award and CALI Excellence for the Future Awards in both Entrepreneurship Clinic and Business Associations. Katelin also became a member of the Order of the Coif, a distinction awarded to the top 10 percent of the Class of 2023. Prior to law school, Katelin obtained a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Nebraska Wesleyan University with highest distinction.
