Kris A. Anderson is the Director of Information Services at Baird Holm LLP. With more than 20 years of experience in technical management and customer service, Kris has led organizations to adopt best practices with strategy-driven and client-focused goals. His skills include IT Governance, ITSM, organization development, process re-engineering, and continual service improvement.
In addition to managing the Information Services department, he is also responsible for leading the Firm’s strategy for technology resources, systems and data management.
