Steven M. Winston is a member of the firm’s Creditors’ Rights team. Steven represents lenders, creditors and distressed investors in out-of-court workouts, bankruptcy proceedings and related commercial disputes. His practice focuses on protecting rights and maximizing value for clients, including through strategic negotiation, collateral seizures and liquidation, and litigation.
Steven graduated from the University of Iowa College of Law in 2025, cum laude. While in law school, he competed on his school’s National Trial Competition team and wrote for Iowa Law Review.
