Taylor Benson is a paralegal supporting the corporate section of the firm with primary focus in the estate administration, estate planning and wealth transfer practice areas. Taylor supports attorneys from beginning to end of probate administrations, trust administrations, and determinations of inheritance tax. She procures and assembles data and valuation information for inventories of estates and trusts and assists with timely administration and client communication during the estate administration process. Taylor also assists in the preparation of estate planning documents, funding of trusts, and communication with clients regarding the upkeep of their plans.
