104th Nebraska Legislature, First Session: Real Estate, Renewable Energy and Municipal Law Update – Part 3 (Days 11 – 15)

This week the first session of the 104th Nebraska Legislature completed committee referrals for all introduced bills and committee hearings continued in earnest. A few bills moved out of committee, and a few more advanced all the way to the Select File.
