The American Bar Association is publishing a second edition of the popular treatise, Commercial Lending Law: A Jurisdiction-by-Jurisdiction Guide to U.S. and Canadian Law. The new two-volume set provides comprehensive coverage of the laws relevant to commercial lenders, such as banks and insurance companies. Baird Holm LLP’s Anthony D. Todero, Brian R.
