Baird Holm LLP Receives Refinancing of the Year Award

Baird Holm LLP is honored to be named as a recipient of The M&A Advisor’s 19th Annual Turnaround Awards.  A team of Baird Holm’s Finance and Creditors’ Rights attorneys, led by Partner and Distressed Investing Specialist Jeremy Hollembeak, was awarded the Refinancing of the Year Award (Under $100MM) for the firm’s representation of the provider of Debtor-In-Possession Financing to Chapter 11 Debtor Global Premier Regency Palms Colton, an assisted living facility being constructed in California (Case No. 9:23-bk-10517-RC, Bankr. C.D. Cal.).
