Baird Holm LLP Welcomes Garner R. Girthoffer
Baird Holm LLP is pleased to welcome Garner R. Girthoffer as a new member of the firm’s expanding government relations and tax credit and alternative finance practice areas. Garner’s practice will focus on representing clients in state and local tax matters, and tax credit transactions, including new markets tax credits and historic tax credits. He is a registered lobbyist in the State of Nebraska, and will also represent clients in legislative matters, particularly those involving tax incentives and tax policy.
