Baird Holm LLP is pleased to welcome Kevin P. Tracy to the firm. Kevin’s practice focuses on corporate transactions and general commercial matters. He counsels business owners and executives at all stages of their business cycle, from matters related to initial entity formation and capitalization to the drafting and negotiation of agreements related to the acquisition, divestiture, and merger of businesses. Kevin also assists clients with board governance matters and negotiation of commercial procurement contracts, services contracts, commercial real estate purchase agreements, and lease agreements.
