Baird Holm LLP Welcomes Three New Associates to the Firm
Baird Holm LLP is pleased to welcome Cameron Finke, Morgan Kreiser and Sean Nakamoto to the firm.
Cameron C. Finke‘s practice focuses on various forms of commercial litigation. Cameron graduated from the Creighton University School of Law in 2017, magna cum laude. While in law school, she earned the CALI Excellence for the Future Awards in Legal Research & Writing II and the 2040 Initiative Seminar. She was also the Student Articles Editor of the Creighton Law Review.
Morgan L. Kreiser practices in the area of employee benefits, ERISA, tax law, and public employer retirement systems. She represents clients with respect to all aspects of ERISA compliance and employee benefits programs, including retirement and 401(k) plans, deferred compensation, and health and welfare benefits. Morgan graduated from Creighton University School of Law in 2017, cum laude , where she served on the Creighton Law Review.
Sean T. Nakamoto practices in the area of health care and information technology. He represents clients with regard to health care compliance matters and transactional issues. Sean also represents clients with regard to information technology matters including licensing agreements, technology acquisitions and related contracts and general information security. Sean graduated from the Creighton University School of Law, magna cum laude, in 2017.
