Baird Holm Partner Scott P. Moore recently presented at the Omaha Bar Association and Nebraska Paralegal Association’s Diversity & Inclusion seminar. During his presentation, “Barriers Hidden in Plain Sight: How to Achieve Meaningful Inclusion of Persons with Disabilities,” Scott shared his own experiences as a person with a disability and stressed the importance of advocating for those who are legally and personally excluded by the stigma and discrimination surrounding disabilities.
