New Form I-9 to be Released by November 22, 2016
Recently, the Office of Management and Budget approved a new, revised Form I-9 to replace the version that expired in March. The US Citizenship and Immigration Service must publish the revised form by November 22, 2016. In the meantime, the USCIS has indicated that employers should continue using the current version of Form I-9 (the one with a revision date of 03/08/2013 N) until the new form is released and that both forms will be valid for use until January 21, 2017. We will send out an update as soon as the new Form I-9 is available for use.
