On September 23 & 24, 2024, Baird Holm Partner Andrew Kloeckner will present at the American Health Law Association (AHLA) Tax Issues for Health Care Organizations conference in Washington, DC. During this two-day event, Andy will speak about the “Opportunities and Pitfalls in Structuring Health Care Transactions and Joint Ventures.”
