Scott P. Moore Provided Training About Fair Housing and Housing-Accessibility Guidelines for the Northern Marianas Housing Corporation
Baird Holm Partner Scott P. Moore co-presented two days of training to educate the community about fair housing and housing-accessibility guidelines for the Northern Marianas Housing Corporation located in Saipan, an island located in the Northern Mariana Islands, a commonwealth of the United States in the western Pacific Ocean. Saipan is undergoing significant economic development including the construction of hotels, restaurants and other businesses. Participants learned how to comply with federal laws such as the Americans with Disabilities Act. Scott and his co-presenter Mark English, president of E&A Team Inc., have been conducting similar training sessions in the U.S. and other territories such as Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico.
