Description:
On July 4, 2025 the President signed into law The One, Big, Beautiful Bill which extends or implements a whole host of funding initiatives and tax incentives which greatly impact employers including:

- Incentives for employees to work overtime and for tips;
- Targeted expansions to Health Saving Accounts;
- Increases to available contributions to dependent care spending;
- Greater work requirements for Medicaid eligibility;
- Tax Credits for development of paid family and medical leave;
- Tax breaks for student loan repayment;
- Increases to the child care tax credit;
- Development of a child saving account known as the “Trump Account”; and
- Expansion of immigration control and enforcement.
This webinar will address these and other employer opportunities from the Bill to help employers set themselves up for success and competitive advantage in the labor market.

Scott S. Moore
Scott S. Moore is one of the few employment lawyers regionally who has been selected as a Fellow of The College of Labor and Employment Lawyers (the premier peer-selected organization of labor and employment lawyers in North America), and as a member of the American Employment Law Council (the Nation’s premier organization for management-side employment lawyers).
Jeremy T. Christensen
Jeremy T. Christensen represents employers in all aspects of employee benefits and executive compensation compliance matters, including ERISA compliance, qualified retirement plans (including ESOPs), nonqualified deferred compensation arrangements, equity compensation incentives, public employer retirement systems, and health and welfare benefits. Jeremy has addressed complex tax and ERISA issues for his clients and has experience providing retirement plan design counsel and documentation, counseling clients with respect to fiduciary duties and plan corrections, advising on Affordable Care Act compliance and reporting, and representing clients before the IRS and Department of Labor. Jeremy also serves as benefits counsel in mergers and acquisitions, and regularly advises clients on complex health and welfare benefit questions. Jeremy assists large to small businesses, governmental employers, tax-exempt entities, and private and public hospitals in addressing the employee benefit and executive compensations issues they face on a daily basis. Additionally, Jeremy represents third-party administrators with benefit compliance and client servicing matters.
Morgan L. Kreiser
Morgan L.
