Description:
Across the country, organizations are closely monitoring the new Trump administration’s immigration enforcement policies and actions. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) enforcement actions are making headlines and the impact upon employers has yet to be determined. What should employers know in this rapidly shifting immigration and enforcement landscape?
Scott, Kara, and Sapphire will discuss the latest immigration enforcement updates from the Trump administration, what employers need to know to prepare for potential workplace enforcement actions, how to analyze the possible documentation immigration enforcement may present, and how to comply with Form I-9 requirements.
