Elizabeth V. Kurt represents a wide range of health care clients, including hospitals, physicians, physician practices, and provider-sponsored health insurance companies. Her practice encompasses regulatory, compliance, reimbursement, transactional, and contracting matters, providing comprehensive legal counsel to address the complex needs of health care organizations.
Before joining the firm, Elizabeth gained valuable experience working in-house for large health systems and provider-sponsored health insurance plans, where she managed a variety of legal and operational issues unique to the health care industry.
Elizabeth earned her law degree from St. Louis University School of Law and holds a Master of Health Administration from the St. Louis University School of Public Health. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and English from Purdue University.
