Emily J. Hervert’s practice focuses on commercial real estate and renewable energy. Emily represents clients in the acquisition, financing, development, leasing, and disposition of commercial properties. She also represents developers, investors, and lenders in various phases of renewable wind and solar energy projects.

Prior to joining the firm, Emily practiced in real estate finance, where she represented banks and government-sponsored entities in connection with affordable housing transactions involving low-income housing tax credits.

Emily graduated from the University of Nebraska College of Law in 2019, with distinction. Prior to law school, she graduated from Nebraska Wesleyan University in 2016, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Biology.
