Baird Holm’s Energy and Infrastructure Attorneys Counsel Sandhills Energy on Burt County Solar Project

The Omaha Public Power District announced new renewable energy agreements that will support the region’s growing energy needs, including the development of the 250-megawatt Burt County Solar project in eastern Nebraska. Expected to begin service in 2029, the project will generate enough electricity to power approximately 50,000 homes.
