Lauren A. Dubas focuses her practice on tax and estate planning as well as business and corporate transactions, all with an emphasis on tax efficiency and compliance. She graduated with distinction from the University of Iowa College of Law in 2025. While in law school, Lauren was an editor for the Iowa Law Review. She received the Dean’s award for Academic Excellence in State & Local Taxation, and Legal Writing, Analysis & Research as well as the Faculty Award for Academic Excellence in Business Associations, and Nonprofit Organizations.
