Profile
Tiffany Roepsch is a member of the firm’s Health Care practice group. She counsels health systems, hospitals, and other health care providers on regulatory compliance, contracting, health care risk management, policy development, patient care issues, and medical staff and peer review matters. Her work frequently involves Medicare Conditions of Participation, EMTALA, HIPAA and other privacy laws, licensure matters, and other legal and regulatory issues affecting health care organizations.
Prior to joining the firm, Tiffany served as Deputy General Counsel for a large regional health system and as Associate General Counsel for an academic medical center. Earlier in her career, she represented health care providers across the continuum of care on regulatory, transactional, governance, and corporate matters.
