on Friday, 16 January 2015 in Dirt Alert: David C. Levy, Editor

The first session of the 104th Nebraska Legislature commenced on January 7, 2015. Baird Holm is actively working on various bills and we will be tracking many related to real property, renewable energy, and municipal law. Here is a list of the bills we are tracking and their current status.

After the Legislature completes bill introduction on January 21, 2015, we will send another Dirt Alert with information on all of the introduced bills that we view as being of interest to our readers. You can find copies of the bills and information regarding status of the bills on the Nebraska Legislature’s website at http://www.nebraskalegislature.gov/bills/.

With 18 new senators, a new governor, and many new agency heads, 2015 promises to be a particularly interesting session. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have questions about any of these bills or any others in which you are interested. Thank you.
