On August 16, 2024, Baird Holm Associate Carrie Schwab will host a session titled, “Practical Considerations for the Corporate Transparency Act,” at the Nebraska State Bar Association’s 2024 Business Law Seminar.

The 2024 Business Law Seminar will provide attorneys with updates on hot topics impacting the practice area. The morning session will provide an overview and analysis of all things Corporate Transparency Act, and the afternoon session will review intellectual property issues with AI and employment law issues.
