New USERRA Workplace Poster Available

The U.S. Department of Labor has issued an updated “Your Rights Under USERRA” workplace poster, which informs employees of their rights and protections under the Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act (USERRA). USERRA protects individuals who serve or have served in the uniformed services from employment discrimination and provides reemployment rights following military service. Employers should review their posting practices and replace older versions of the poster to ensure employees receive the most current information regarding their rights and employer obligations under the law.
