Brian Schumacher’s practice focuses on commercial real estate transactions, including the acquisition and sale of real property, commercial leasing, and title insurance. He also represents lenders with agricultural and commercial financing.

Brian is an experienced real estate attorney, specifically focusing on real property and insurance law, and in the negotiation and resolution of property disputes. He has also handled contract disputes, mortgage and lien issues, and loss prevention and recovery matters. He worked as Associate Claims Counsel for a national title insurance company prior to joining the firm.

Brian is a 2006 graduate of the University of South Dakota School of Law. He is a member of the State Bar of South Dakota, the State Bar of Nebraska, and the Omaha Bar Association. Brian is also a graduate of the Nebraska State Bar Association Leadership Academy, class of 2014—2015.
