Dustin J. Stiles has extensive experience focused on representing financial institutions with enforcing their liens and security interests and related litigation. He has successfully managed a variety of matters including contested foreclosure actions, commercial real estate disputes, replevin actions, lien priority disputes, and real estate title-related litigation. His experience extends to representing a diverse group of creditors in both state courts and federal bankruptcy courts.
Prior to joining Baird Holm, Dustin spent the first decade of his legal career in the Kansas City metropolitan area representing clients whose matters extended throughout the states of Kansas and Missouri. While practicing in Kansas City he was appointed by the Chief Judge to the Johnson County, Kansas advisory board tasked with revising the local rules on judicial foreclosure matters. Dustin is a graduate of Creighton University Law School and returned to Omaha to raise his children closer to family.
