Jack R. Schelhaas represents clients primarily in real estate and renewable energy matters. His practice includes local zoning compliance and permitting, project financing, government relations, and other general real estate matters.
Jack earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of Iowa College of Law in 2024, where he served as the President of the Sports Law Society and a Managing Editor for the Journal of Corporation Law. He completed both his undergraduate and master’s degrees in business at the University of Sioux Falls, where he also played football, finishing as a 2020 semi-finalist for the William V. Campbell Trophy.
