State Board Approves Turnback Financing for Union Omaha Stadium

The State of Nebraska has approved turnback-tax financing for Union Omaha’s planned $140 million stadium and mixed-use development in North Downtown Omaha. The project marks a significant investment in the area’s continued growth, bringing new residential, retail, and entertainment opportunities alongside the 6,500-seat professional soccer venue.
