Three Attorneys Presenting at NHA Annual Convention
Three Baird Holm Attorneys, Vickie Ahlers, Erin Busch, and Sarah Huyck, will present at the 97th Nebraska Hospital Association (NHA) Annual Convention on October 16–18, 2024.
Sarah will present a “Labor Law Update” on Wednesday, October 16, where she will break down the latest developments and key challenges in employment law while outlining action items and considerations for your workplace response.
Then, on Thursday, October 17, Vickie and Erin will co-present a breakout session on “How to Attract, Retain, and Equip Board Members to Deal with High-Stakes Issues.” During this session, the pair will discuss innovative strategies for board member recruitment and retention, as well as insights on equipping board members with the tools to make decisions regarding high-stakes issues in an environment of public scrutiny.
