Abigail T. Mohs’ practice focuses on regulatory, transactional, and reimbursement matters for health care providers with a special emphasis on electronic health records, and issues under HIPAA and other Federal and State laws regarding privacy of data.

Prior to joining the firm, she worked in insurance compliance and health IT compliance where she gained valuable experience navigating the changing landscape of legal and regulatory matters.

Abby received her undergraduate degree from Creighton University in 2007 and her law degree from Hamline University School of Law in 2010. She served as staff editor of the Hamline Journal of Public Law and Policy. Additionally, she participated in the William E. McGee National Civil Rights Moot Court competition.

Hannah Fischer Frey’s practice focuses on corporate transactions, federal and state tax planning issues, tax exempt matters, and estate planning. Hannah has addressed complex partnership taxation issues, specifically including the impacts of the 2017 Tax Cuts and Jobs Act. She frequently assists clients in maximizing tax efficiencies with respect to business reorganizations, mergers, and acquisitions and has been closely involved in numerous federal income tax audits as well as state sales tax audits. In addition to her business clients, Hannah regularly assists individuals in business succession and estate planning matters as well as nonprofit organizations seeking exemption from federal income tax.

Hannah has been recognized by Super Lawyers as a “Rising Star” for the Great Plains region each year since 2017 and is currently pursuing her LL.M. in Taxation at the New York University School of Law. Hannah graduated from the Creighton University School of Law in 2015, summa cum laude. Prior to attending law school, Hannah became certified as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the State of Nebraska. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree, magna cum laude, from Gustavus Adolphus College in Saint Peter, Minnesota, where she majored in Public Accounting.

Kris A. Anderson is the Director of Information Services at Baird Holm LLP. With more than 20 years of experience in technical management and customer service, Kris has led organizations to adopt best practices with strategy-driven and client-focused goals. His skills include IT Governance, ITSM, organization development, process re-engineering, and continual service improvement.

In addition to managing the Information Services department, he is also responsible for leading the Firm’s strategy for technology resources, systems and data management.

Sara A. McCue’s practice focuses on employment, ADA, and fair housing law. She represents and counsels housing providers, property management companies, educational institutions, and the affordable housing industry.

Sara received her Juris Doctor, with distinction, from the University of Nebraska College of Law in 2014, where she was the Editor in Chief of the Nebraska Law Review and President of the Multicultural Legal Society and Black Law Students Association. She graduated from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln with a Bachelor of Journalism in News-Editorial and Broadcasting, with highest distinction, in 2010.

AriAnna C. Goldstein’s practice focuses on intellectual property and technology law, with an emphasis on patent law. As a registered patent attorney, Ari works with her clients, who range from start-up ventures to established companies, to determine the best and most comprehensive way to protect their intellectual property from every angle, including patent, copyright, and trademark protection. She applies her undergraduate degree in Biochemistry to provide unique assistance to clients who are involved in the biotech industry.

Ari also assists client with a wide range of technology matters including negotiating agreements for software development and licensing, technology acquisition, e-commerce and domain name and other Internet related conflicts.  She also assists clients in addressing regulatory matters related to technology, including privacy and security issues, and GDPR compliance.

Ari earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Nebraska College of Law, with distinction, in 2013. While in law school, she earned four CALI Excellence for the Future Awards. Ari grew up in Alaska, and moved to Nebraska to compete for the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in cross country and track and field.
